Tier 2 – Subscription-Based

• Description: Unlocks additional features to enhance your profile.
• Features: Provides the capability to add a comprehensive company biography, product images, and a video to your profile. This subscription makes your profile more attractive and informative for potential clients.

Subscription and Payments

The subscription functionality is handled by WooCommerce Subscriptions, and recurring payments are managed via the Stripe Plugin.

Billing

• Recurring Payments: By subscribing to Tier 2, you agree to allow Stripe to automatically charge the payment method you provided at regular intervals (monthly or annually, depending on your subscription plan).
• Billing Cycle: The billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and recurs on the same date each month or year.
• Payment Method: You must provide a current, valid, and accepted payment method to subscribe to our services.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused services. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable.

Failed Payments

• Retry Attempts: If a payment fails, Stripe will attempt to charge the payment method again. If the payment continues to fail, your access to subscription features may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

Use of Services

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to using our directory for any unlawful purpose, sending unsolicited messages, or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

Changes to Terms and Services

• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Liability and Disclaimers

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weev Network Directory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.
